Services
Flat-rate pricing. We quote the whole job before we pick up a wrench, not an hourly rate that climbs while we work.
- Drain cleaning, starting at $89. Kitchen sinks, tubs, showers, and main lines. If we cannot clear it, you do not pay for the attempt.
- Water heater installation, starting at $1,200. Includes the new tank, haul-away of the old unit, and a permit where the city requires one. Tankless quotes available on site.
- Leak repair. Under sinks, behind walls, and slab leaks. We find the source first instead of cutting drywall and hoping.
- Sewer line inspection with camera. We run a camera the full length of the line and show you the footage, so you can see the root, the crack, or the belly in the pipe yourself.
- Fixture replacement. Toilets, faucets, shower valves, and garbage disposals. Bring your own fixture or pick from what we stock on the truck.
Prices shown are starting points for standard residential jobs. You get the full price in writing before we start, and it does not change unless the job does.

We are a small crew, three trucks and five plumbers, and the owner still runs calls two days a week. Every plumber we send to your house is our own employee, not a subcontractor we found that morning. We wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths, and haul off whatever we take out.
Service area
We work in Buckhead, Decatur, Marietta, Sandy Springs, East Point, College Park, Smyrna, and Dunwoody, plus most neighborhoods inside and just outside the Perimeter.
If you are a little outside that list, call anyway. If we cannot get to you fast enough to be useful, we will tell you straight and point you to someone local who can.
